Wedding Album Design for Josh and Terra
We designed this wedding album for Josh and Terra’s wedding. I’m really excited with how it came out. It’s a hardback album with flush mounted pages.

Thanks to the folks at Zenfolio for continuing to enhance their products and services with this new slideshow feature and much more.

Photos at the bookstore and the park

I had the privilege of shooting Jessi and Josh’s engagement photos a while ago. I’ve known Jessi dating back to kiddy pool days, and I’ve gotten to know Josh recently. Both are hilarious, smart, fun people. What really made these photos was the interaction these two had with each other. They probably love each other or something.

We went to Eighth Day and Oak Park. Here are some of my favorites.

Here’s a Mosaic Photo promotional…well um, mosaic that we designed.  In it, there are quite a wide range of photos. Families, seniors, weddings. It is a collection of highlights for us in the last few months from the defining moments in their lives. A collection of diverse elements forming a coherent whole.

Wedding photos for the Sweaney’s – Part I

Somewhat of a case-study of our wedding day photography

For this wedding, Mosaic Photo packed up and took a road trip! Terra and Josh’s wedding was in Baxter Springs, Kansas, with their reception in the nearby Joplin, Missouri. Being photographers in Wichita, Kansas, we all enjoyed the little getaway. Mosaic Photo caravanned over Friday for the wedding rehearsal and the rehearsal dinner. Josh and Terra were very laid back, relaxed, and excited to get some creative wedding pictures – an awesome combination!

It was a very stormy weekend that the rain lifted just in time for the wedding – here’s a couple from the rehearsal illustrating the heavy rain we saw all weekend.

The next day, we rolled out and got our lighting set up and started snapping detail pictures of the wedding decorations and the church. We were also able to get some good photojournalist-styled shots of the getting ready activities.

Terra and Josh decided to see each other before the ceremony, so we were able to finish all of the formal portraits we planned in the church.

Shooting the ceremony was a little tricky with the low-light in the church, but we’re always able to get some pretty good images regardless.

After the ceremony, Terra and Josh were up for some more creative shots of just the two of them and of the wedding party.  We’ll have a post on more of these in the coming posts.

Finally, here are a couple photos from the reception.

Feel free to take a look at the rest of their wedding photos.
